Management Team
Eno has decades of experience in investment management, portfolio advisory and investment research, and has managed portfolios for institutional investors, mutual funds and high-net-worth individuals. She currently serves as MD/CEO of ValuAlliance, a subsidiary of African Capital Alliance (ACA), having previously worked at Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited (formerly SecTrust) as Head of the Asset Management Division, and prior to that at Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, Cambridge, USA. She serves on the board of Continental Reinsurance Plc and has previously served as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of the Fund Managers’ Association of Nigeria and as a Member of the SEC Market Liquidity Enhancement Committee.
Chief Business Development Officer
Damola Osoba is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of
experience spanning Asset Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance,
Wholesale Banking, Institutional Sales, Finance & Taxation, and the Nigerian Capital
Market. He has built a distinguished career leading business growth initiative,
developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering
sustainable value across the financial services industry.
He currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer of ValuAlliance, a
subsidiary of African Capital Alliance (ACA), having previously worked as Head of Sales
& Business Development at Ecobank Development Corporation (EDC) Fund
Management Ltd, a member of the Ecobank Group. Prior to this, Damola also served as
Head of Business Development at Leadway Asset Management Limited and United
Capital Asset Management Limited.
His professional experience further includes leadership and business development roles
at the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX Group), formerly the Nigerian Stock Exchange,
Nova Merchant Bank, ARM Investment Managers, and United Bank for Africa (UBA)
Plc.
Damola holds a B.Sc in Economics from Lagos State University and an MBA from
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is recognized for his strategic leadership,
strong commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the financial services
landscape, making him a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to business
growth and market development.
